Arizona Lottery Launch Big Money Game Book Just in Time for the
(December 1, 2015) The Arizona Lottery will launch the Big Money Game
Book today, Tuesday, Dec. 1, a book of six, $5 Scratchers® tickets for $20,
just in time for the holiday season.
The Big Money Game Book will be sold
at participating Arizona Lottery retailers, delivering a savings of $10 off the
cost of the tickets if purchased separately.
Scratchers tickets are
extremely popular during the holiday season because they make fun and easy
gifts, said Arizona Lottery Executive Director Tony Bouie.
While the Big Money Game Book will be available well into 2016,
Lottery players now have the opportunity to purchase six tickets for the price
of four during the gift-giving season.
The Big Money Game Book is sold
exclusively at customer service counters at participating retailers. Included
in the six-pack of tickets are Money Bag Doubler, 5x the Money, Money
Multiplier, Jumbo Bucks Doubler, and two Big Money games.
More than $21 million in prizes will
be awarded through the purchase of Big Money Game Books. Each book of six
Scratchers tickets provides players with a chance to win up to $150,000.
This is the first in a series of 10
games designed to celebrate the 35th Anniversary of the Arizona Lottery in
2016. Nine additional tickets will be released throughout the year and can be
identified by a 35th Anniversary seal on each ticket. Each non-cash winning
ticket with the special seal will qualify for a special Second Chance

Announce 9m 2015 Financial Results
Revenues & EBITDA
ATHENS, Greece (November 27, 2015)
-- INTRALOT Group today
announces its financial results for the nine-month period ending September 30th
2015, prepared in accordance with IFRS.
In 9M15 INTRALOTs Consolidated
Revenues grew by 3.8%, to 1,379.8m from 1,329.5m in the same period
of 2014, representing an increase of 50.3m. On a continuing business
basis Revenues (mainly adjusted for OPAP, Romania and Victoria contracts) in
the first 9 months of 2015 were shaped at 1,368.4m, +7.2% compared to the
same period last year. Net of a positive FX impact of 47.0m,
revenues reached 1,332.8m, posting an increase of 0.2% versus 9M14.
Revenues for the 3Q15 period remained relatively unchanged compared to 3Q14 at
421.2m vs. 424.0m in 3Q14.
EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest,
Tax, Depreciation and Amortization) in 9M15 was shaped at 131.9m from
131.6m in 9M14 (+0.2%). On a continuing business basis EBITDA in 9M15 was
shaped at 128.0m, +20.4% compared to 9M14. Net of a positive FX impact of
5.4m, EBITDA reached 126.5m, posting a decrease of 3.9% compared
with the same period of 2014. In 3Q15 EBITDA developed to 44.7m, an
increase of 5.9% compared to 3Q14.
EBT (Earnings Before Tax) in the
first 9 months of 2015 decreased to 18.0m from 27.3m in 9M14. On a
continuing business basis EBT in 9M15 was shaped at 14.3m from 3.0m
in the same period of 2014. Net of a positive FX impact of 3.2m, EBT
reached 14.8m from 20.4m, posting a decrease of 27.6% y-o-y.
NIATMI (Net Income after Tax &
Minorities Interest) in 9M15 was shaped at a negative 50.4m compared to
-32.1m in 9M14. On a continuing business basis NIATMI in 9M15 was shaped
at -52.4m vs. -49.3m in 9M14. Net of a positive FX impact of
2.0m, NIATMI reached -52.4m from -38.9m in 9M14.
Operating Cash-flow in the 9M15
period totalled 64.8m from 94.1m in 9M14. This decrease is caused
by mostly one-off working capital requirements in 1H15. Net Capex in 9M15
accumulated to 53.7m, compared to 42.6m in 9Μ14. Net Debt as
at 30 September 2015 developed at 484.1m, increased by 102.7m
compared to 31 December 2014 (381.4m).
Concerning the parent company,
Revenues for the period decreased by 18.1%, to 52.8m. EBITDA increased by
147.1% to 37.2m from 15.0m in 9M14. Earnings After Taxes (EAT)
decreased to -8.2m from -7.4m in 9M14.
Commenting on 9M15 results INTRALOT

results that are in line with our expectations for stable growth of our
business. EBITDA grew by 6% compared to 3Q14, despite the ailing performance of
Italy due to extraordinarily high, country specific, payouts, which led the
Italian business to contribute marginally to our EBITDA, the weak performance
of Azerbaijan, the fall-off of the Romanian contract and the effect of the
World Cup last year in both the second and third quarters.

the majority of our subsidiaries reported strong results coupled with our new
contracts in Wyoming, Ohio and Georgia, in the US, thus leading to an increase
of our EBITDA on a like for like basis by 15.8% in the nine months of 2015.

excellent cooperation with the State Lottery since 2006 and signed a new 10

Florida Lottery Sets New November Scratch-Off Sales
TALLAHASSEE, Florida (December 2,
2015) The Florida Lottery transferred $115 million to the Educational
Enhancement Trust Fund (EETF) for the month of November. This contribution to
education was driven by Scratch-Off ticket sales, which surpassed $305 million,
setting a Scratch-Off sales record for the month of November. This months
Scratch-Off sales reflect a 9.5 percent increase over last November.

Gambling in Britain Measured Accurately for the First Time
BIRMINGHAM, U.K. (November 26, 2015)
-- New figures released today are set to help paint an accurate picture of how
much consumers in Britain spend gambling online.
For the first time, the Gambling
Commissions Industry Statistics includes five months worth of data
from all operators offering online facilities to customers in Britain.
Previous industry statistics
publications do not include this information as the data is gathered from
operators licensed by the Commission, and prior to November 1, 2014, online
operators did not have to have a Commission licence.(1)
While the data relating to online
only covers November 2014 to March 2015, almost a years worth of online
gambling data will be published in June, 2016.
Findings for the period between
April 2014 to March 2015(2) include:
- The non-remote (not online) British commercial
gambling industry (excluding the National Lottery and Society Lotteries data)
generated a gross gambling yield (GGY)(3) or equivalent of £5.4bn. This
represents an increase of 2% or £112m when compared with the previous
- Growth in the non-remote casino sector is up
£50m (or 4.5%) and in the large society lotteries sector (up £54.8m
or 18%). The non-remote betting sector also experienced a growth of
£78.4m, representing a 2% increase on the previous year;
- GGY for B2 machines in betting shops was over

Industry Welcomes Cooperation Agreement Between EU Gambling

Gambling Authority Adopt IAGRs Multi-Jurisdictional-Testing-Framework
DENMARK (November 27, 2015) -- There
is good news for gambling operators that work across national borders. The
Danish Gambling Authority has for some time participated in a working group
under the IAGR (International Association of Gaming Regulators) to create a
common testing standard.
The working group encompass Great
Britain, Alderney, Isle of Man and Denmark.
Many jurisdictions have
differentiated testing requirements for gambling operators, but seek the same
purpose in the end to keep games safe and fair. On that note, the
working group has started with a key area when it comes to online gambling, and
established a framework for testing an RNG (Random Number Generator).
The framework is available on the
IAGR website and the working is continuing to work on common
standards for other areas of online gambling.
The new framework is currently only
adopted in the participating jurisdictions, but it will be updated as other
jurisdictions adopt and accept the standard.
It is important to remember that if
a jurisdiction holds a requirement that goes beyond the common standard, the
gambling operator that follows the common standard will still need to comply
and be tested for the remaining requirements to that given jurisdiction.

International Pilot to Streamline Testing
BIRMINGHAM, U.K. (November 26, 2015)
-- The Gambling Commission has
teamed up with international gambling regulators to improve the procedure for
testing online games.
The Commission has joined the
multi-jurisdictional testing framework (MJTF) scheme along with the Gambling
Control Commission in Alderney, the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission
and the Danish Gambling Authority.
Phase one of the MJTF has been
drafted by the participating jurisdictional members above within the auspices
of the International Association of Gaming Regulators (IAGR) to streamline the
external gambling product testing processes.
Phase one of the pilot is limited to
the operations of external testing laboratories and to the testing of random
number generators (RNG) used in online gambling. At this stage the MJTF is only
recognised by the pilot group of participating jurisdictions but it is hoped
that other jurisdictions considering or currently regulating remote gambling
will be able to join the scheme should it suit their testing assurance

This will help regulators, especially those who rely on outsourced
fairness testing, as it allows them to pool experience in the complex area of
fairness testing remote RNGs and games. It will also benefit the industry by
reducing testing duplication. The aim is for all participating jurisdictions to
agree on common standards and then where one product operates in multiple
jurisdictions operators can have the game tested to these standards and use the
one test to satisfy the testing requirements of all participating

holders will still be required to adhere to our testing strategy which requires
pre-release testing for all new and relevant updated RNGs and the submission of
testing evidence prior to release, they can now use this one standard for
testing which will be of particular benefit if they operate in all or some of
the participating jurisdictions.
Further phases of the MJTF will
include game fairness testing, field product certification and information
security. The inclusion of this standard will form part of a forthcoming
consultation on the Commissions remote gambling testing strategy.

and limit their betting on any electronic gaming machine in the state.
Minister for Consumer Affairs,
Liquor and Gaming Jane Garrett said the voluntary pre-commitment scheme,
YourPlay, was available at any venue from today.
The technology allows players to
limit how much they spend, track their time, and set personalised warning
messages to remind them to stop if they choose to do so.
The state-wide rollout coincided
with the release of a new study which examines the emerging trends and
prevalence of problem gambling in Victoria.
The study found that one in three
players would use a pre-commitment system to set a time or money limit on their
